Which systems need annual maintenance?
What is planned maintenance?
Planned maintenance is the home equipment version of a yearly automobile tune-up. But instead of dropping your system off at our shop, and sitting around flipping through a stack of People Magazines wondering if we've started yet, we come to your home at a pre-arranged time that's convenient for you.
All maintenance service includes:
- A complete factory precision tune-up
- Replacement of commonly worn out parts
- Thorough cleaning and operational inspection of your system
- PLUS a whole-house safety check
When we leave, your system is back to peak efficiency for the year ahead. No drop offs, no People Magazine, no wondering if it's done yet.
Got a case of round-to-it-itis?

We recommend planned maintenance for your home systems if you feel unprepared to maintain them on your own. We have the know-how and the tool sets to efficiently maintain your equipment so it provides you with years of reliable service.
What does it cost?
The price for your plan depends on your system. We come out to your home and determine the type of equipment you have and its condition. We then provide you an up-front price for the service. Estimates are free.
