Is there a guarantee?
We offer no formal guarantee on maintenance service. However, if we installed the equipment, it's fully covered by Zimmerman during it's first year of operation.
Beyond this first year, as a maintenance customer, you'll receive the benefit of 15% off any other service we provide, including service for your maintained equipment.
You are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty if the equipment is still within the warranty period and receives regular maintenance service. Regular maintenance is required for many warranties to remain in effect.
