Is there a guarantee?

We offer no formal guarantee on maintenance service. However, if we installed the equipment, it's fully covered by Zimmerman during it's first year of operation.

Beyond this first year, as a maintenance customer, you'll receive the benefit of 15% off any other service we provide, including service for your maintained equipment.

You are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty if the equipment is still within the warranty period and receives regular maintenance service. Regular maintenance is required for many warranties to remain in effect.

Regularly inspected systems are safer

A yearly safety check reduces the likelihood of electrical fires and carbon monoxide poisoning.

How to prevent
carbon monoxide exposure

If you burn coal, oil, propane or natural gas
  • Have your heating systems, water heaters, and other fossil fuel–burning appliances serviced each year by a qualified technician.
  • Install CO detectors, and check or replace batteries when changing the clocks each spring and fall.
  • If detector sounds, leave your home immediately and call 911.
  • Seek medical attention promptly if CO poisoning is suspected and if feeling dizzy, light-headed, or nauseous.
