When my house was getting warmer by the hour with the air conditioner running during a heat wave, I knew it was time to call Zimmerman’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They arrived at my home within two hours, located the problem, and had cool air flowing through the home in a few minutes. The service technician, Ed, is one of the most professional people I have ever come in contact with in the service industry. He was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. Zimmerman handles our yearly maintenance as well. I’m so pleased that they are in our area to provide this exemplary service! THANK YOU!
As usual, Zimmerman service people (in this instance, Jim) were quick to respond, effectively diagnosed the problem, and quickly resolved it.
I have used Zimmerman services for years, and during a visit to do annual service on my air conditioning system and gas generator yesterday, the technician was straight forward, explained what he was doing, pointed out issues with my hot water heater and was respectful and thorough in both his work and explaining issues that I raised. This is the experience that I have become accustomed to with Zimmerman!
