Geothermal Tax Credit Information for Harrisburg Residents

We are please to announce that the tax credits are back on new and replacement geothermal heat pump systems through January 1, 2022.

Even better is that it is retroactive to January 1, 2017. So any homeowner who installed or replaced their geothermal heat pump system in 2017 can claim this savings.  From 2017 through 2019 the eligible tax credit is 30%, this is set to decrease to 26% in 2020 and then again to 22% in 2021.
